How to Vote
Completing your ballot in five easy steps:
Fill out your ballot. Be sure to mark your selection with an X using a pen. A “YES” vote is a vote to unionize with Union of Non-Tenure Track Faculty/AFT Local 1855
Do not sign the ballot or make any other distinguishing marks on it.
Place your completed ballot into the ballot envelope.
Place the sealed ballot envelope in the return envelope, and make sure to place a postage stamp on it. Sign the external envelope, and clearly write your city of residence and your employer number where directed.
Return the ballot via US mail. Don't forget to take a selfie with your return envelope and send it to us! Ballots must arrive at the MERC office by 5:00pm on February 21st.
Note: Before you drop it in the mail, take a photo of yourself with your sealed return envelope and send it to MSU Extension United! We’ll share photos through social media and email to encourage others to vote, too! You can submit your photos through this form, or over email to msueunited@gmail.com.
